Yes, all of our ceramic dinnerware and glassware are designed for modern living and are completely safe for use in both the dishwasher and microwave.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location.

What happens if my items arrive damaged?

While we pack our ceramics with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo, and we will send a replacement immediately.

Do you offer a trial period or returns?

We want you to love your table setting. We offer a 30-day trial period where you can return any unused items in their original packaging for a full refund.

How do I care for my matte-finish ceramics?

To keep your ceramics looking their best, we recommend using gentle detergents. For any metal markings caused by flatware, a simple polish with a mild abrasive cleaner like Bar Keepers Friend will restore the surface.
